All ITOLJA products are made-to-order.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once production is complete, orders are shipped.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Quantity
  • Delivery location

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier.

5. Delays

6. Incorrect Address

ITOLJA is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit:
